Product Introduction
Flame-retardant fluorosilicone rubber is made of fluorosilicone rubber as the base rubber, adding flame-retardant fillers, cross-linking agents, etc., compounded and vulcanized.
Compared with general flame-retardant rubber, the advantages of flame-retardant fluorosilicone rubber are low hardness, high and low temperature resistance (-60 to 230°C), aging resistance, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, good processing and manufacturing performance, and good resistance to heat. Flammability, meet UL94/FV 0 flame retardant level.

Heat Resistance:
Flame-retardant fluorosilicone rubber decomposes the same as silicone rubber at high temperature, namely: side chain oxidation, main chain breakage, side chain thermal decomposition and various compound reactions. Since the decomposition products can also cause the main chain to break, the heat resistance is worse than that of silicone rubber, and it has begun to oxidize and age at a temperature of 200°C. However, it can be significantly improved by adding a small amount of heat-resistant heat stabilizers such as iron, titanium, and rare earth oxides, and it has sufficient heat resistance even at a high temperature of 230°C.
Instructions:
1. Mixing: Remix several times on the open mill, add vulcanizing agent, and then adjust back to 0.5mm-1mm thin pass 8-10 times after the material is finished, and then leave the tablet and park it.
2. Vulcanization: Re-mill the fluorine-silicon compound rubber with the vulcanizing agent, and then cut it into the required shape, and then use it
