Product Introduction
Transparent fluorosilicone rubber is made by mixing fluorosilicone rubber as the base rubber, adding transparent materials, cross-linking additives, etc., on an open mill. Compared with ordinary fluorosilicone rubber, transparent fluorosilicone rubber has higher transparency, and its hardness range is also higher. The temperature resistance range is (-60°C to 230°C), and the brittle temperature is as low as -65°C. It is especially suitable for making transparent fluorosilicone rubber.

Note:
1. One stage vulcanization: 170℃*15min, two stage hot air vulcanization: 200℃*4h.
2. The customer needs other vulcanization temperature, and the rubber compound needs to change the vulcanization system.
Instructions:
1. Mixing: Remix several times on the open mill, add vulcanizing agent, and then adjust back to 0.5mm-1mm thin pass 8-10 times after the material is finished, and then leave the tablet and park it.
2. Vulcanization: re-mill the fluorine-silicon compound rubber with vulcanizing agent, and then cut it into the required shape, and then use it.
