Fluorosilicone rubber adhesive is suitable for the bonding of unvulcanized fluorosilicone rubber and metal parts (iron parts, stainless steel, aluminum parts, steel parts, plastics), etc., and nylon, polyester fiber, The bonding of aramid fiber and silicone rubber also has a certain effect.

Note:

It is recommended to use it with Aluda special adhesive series of fluorosilicone, otherwise it may affect the bonding effect.

1. Surface treatment of materials to be bonded: use fluorosilicone rubber adhesive to coat the surface of metal or plastic parts, or the bonding material is soaked into the adhesive and taken out. Then bake in an oven (60°C-80°C) for 10 minutes or dry at room temperature (25°C-35°C) for more than 1 hour. Take it out and let it cool down

2.  Molding of vulcanized products: one-stage vulcanization, temperature 170±5°C, time 10-15min, second-stage vulcanization 200°C, time 4H.

Packing:100ML, 1000ML, 5000ML/bottle.

1. Sealed storage at room temperature, can be transported and stored as non-dangerous goods;

2. Stored in a dry environment at room temperature, the validity period is 6 months.
