Fluorosilicone Used As Lubricant
Fluorosilicone oil can be chemically adsorbed on the surface of the substrate to form a molecular assembly film with the outer chemical composition of -CF3 and high hydrophobicity and oleophobicity, which can greatly reduce the friction coefficient of the substrate.
When trifluoropropyl silicone oil is used as grease base oil, it can significantly improve the lubricity between steel and steel boundaries; for watch industry and micro-mechanical industry, because the surface energy of such compounds can be as low as 20mN/m, it can reduce Surface coefficient of friction, also used as a premium lubricant. Lubricants formulated from fluorosilicone oil, perfluoropolyether, polyphenylene ether, etc. are used for the lubrication of record drives, laser printers and other electronic machinery. They can continuously withstand high temperatures above 121°C and operate at a high speed of 1.4 million per minute. Does not decompose, and makes the lubricated object have reliable performance.
Typical Application:
1. Vacuum pump lubricating oil for handling chemical reaction gases;
2. It can be used for the lubrication of bearings in extremely low temperature and extremely high temperature environments;
3. Chemically inert to fuel and other chemicals, used in steam power cycle system;
4. Base oil for thickening grease;
5. Grease base oil for watch industry and micro-mechanical industry.
