Hydroxy Fluorosilicone Oil

Hydroxy fluorosilicone oil is a colorless, odorless or light yellow transparent liquid, suitable as a structure control agent in the processing of fluorosilicone rubber, which can effectively prevent the structural phenomenon of fluorosilicone rubber.

Hydroxy fluorosilicone oil is polymerized from fluorosiloxane monomers, and the two ends of its molecule are silicone modified materials with hydroxyl groups.

In addition to the general properties of methyl fluorosilicone oil, hydroxy fluorosilicone oil also has the reactivity of hydroxyl groups, which can be used to make some new materials or cross-linked into elastomers (or membranes).

Due to the introduction of trifluoropropyl, it has excellent electrical insulation and high and low temperature resistance, high flash point and low freezing point. It can be used for a long time under the condition of -50°C~230°C. It has small viscosity-temperature coefficient, high compressibility, low surface tension, good water-repellent and moisture-proof properties, and is chemically and physiologically inert.

1. Used as the base rubber and diluent of condensation type RTV silicone rubber, such as the base material of sealant and mold cracking equipment.

2. It is an excellent structure control agent for fluorosilicone rubber. Using it instead of diphenyl dihydroxysilane simplifies the production of fluorosilicone rubber processing technology.

Packing: Packed in plastic drums, 1 kg: 5 kg: 10 kg: 20 kg per drum.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry environment, it is recommended not to exceed 35°C, and the validity period is half a year.
