Application Of Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber

Hydrogenated nitrile rubber is widely used in oil fields, automobile industry and so on. With the development of the automobile and petroleum industries, rubber parts need to have good heat resistance, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, oxygen resistance and other characteristics in addition to oil resistance. Ordinary nitrile rubber (NBR) is far from meeting these requirements. Although some of the uses have been replaced by fluororubber, fluororubber is expensive. Therefore, people began to seek to improve the performance of NBR, and hydrogenated nitrile rubber was successfully developed to meet this new need.
